General Terms and Conditions for Purchase

1. General Provisions

These general terms and conditions apply to all purchases made via Impact Solution Scandinavia AB's e-commerce service for vending machines. By making a purchase, you accept these terms.

Impact Solution Scandinavia AB ("we"/"us"/"our company") operates the vending machine service and is responsible for the sale of products via our machines.

2. Products and Prices

All products offered via our vending machines come from SWE-S AB (VAT: SE556932416201), as well as other quality suppliers connected to the Swedish Stockings assortment.

Product information and images displayed are for guidance only. We reserve the right for any image or typographical errors. We have the right to correct any such errors and to update or change the information. If an incorrect price has been stated for an item you have ordered, we will notify you and await your approval of the corrected price.

Images should only be seen as illustrations, and we do not guarantee that the images accurately reflect the exact appearance of the goods. Some color differences may occur depending on resolution, photo quality, and screen.

3. Ordering and Payment

When you make a purchase via the vending machine, your order becomes binding. We accept card payments via Visa and Mastercard. The payment is processed securely via our payment service providers, including Worldline.

When payment is debited: Your payment card will be charged only after the product has been successfully dispensed from the vending machine. The payment is initially authorized when you complete the payment, but the actual debit (capture) occurs only after successful delivery of your product.

4. Delivery

The products are delivered directly from the vending machine after payment is completed. If the product is not dispensed from the machine despite a completed payment, please contact our customer service immediately with your receipt or transaction ID.

We are responsible for ensuring the product is delivered from the machine after completed payment.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

For hygiene reasons and due to the nature of the products, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are sealed for health and hygiene reasons, such as underwear or cosmetics, when the seal has been broken, in accordance with Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Consumer Sales Act.

For other products not covered by the above exception, you may be entitled to a return under current consumer protection legislation. Please contact our customer service for information on the return policy for specific products.

This does not affect your rights in the event of a faulty or defective product; see section 6 on complaints.

6. Complaints

If you believe an item is faulty, you have the right to file a complaint within three (3) years from the date you received the item. However, a prerequisite for filing a complaint is that you notify us of the defect within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered it. Complaints made within two (2) months of discovering the defect are always considered to have been submitted within a reasonable time.

Once the item has been returned and if the complaint is approved, we will primarily rectify the fault or provide a new equivalent item, secondarily offer you a price reduction, and finally cancel the purchase and refund the amount paid to you.

To expedite handling, please have your receipt or transaction ID available when you contact us. State your name, email address, order number, and a description of the fault.

7. Limitation of Liability

Impact Solution Scandinavia AB's liability is limited to the value of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages that may arise as a result of the purchase, beyond what is required by mandatory consumer protection legislation.

8. Personal Data

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as technical failures, power outages, or other unforeseen events.

10. Refunds

Refunds are made using the same payment method used at the time of ordering. The refund will be made as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen (14) days after we have received your notification of return or complaint.

If the payment was made by credit/debit card, the refund will be made to the same card. Other methods may be used for the refund, provided that you agree to such a change. This will not incur any extra costs for you.

11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation. If this is not successful, you as a consumer can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or a Swedish court.

You have the right, in case of complaints that could not be resolved in agreement with us, to turn to an alternative dispute resolution body. You can either use the European Commission's online platform for complaints at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or contact ARN directly via arn.se.

12. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms. Significant changes will be communicated in an appropriate manner. However, the version of these terms that was in effect when your order was placed will always apply to your obligations in relation to that specific order.
